The veil grows thin at The White Hag! Samhain is when the veil between our world and the Otherworld all but disappears. Legend says Oweynagat, the birthplace of Samhain, connects underground to the Caves of Keshcorran right here in Sligo, the very caves that gave us our name.

Ticketed entry starts at 7 pm, so start planning your costume and get down early for a night of ancient magic and great beer.

Free face painting with Fierce Fun Faces from 7 pm, first come, first served! 

Tarot readings with Rhonda Hale from 7 pm, €10 per reading, special one-time discounted rate!

Live music from 7:30 pm till late!

Best-dressed competition with a €750 grand prize and a €250 runner-up prize.

Can I attend without a ticket?

From 6 pm onwards, only those with tickets will be allowed in.

 

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, you must be over 18 years of age to attend.

 

Do you offer refunds on tickets?

 No, all ticket sales are final.

 

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is minimal parking in the area. We advise getting the train to Ballymote station (next door!), getting a taxi, or using the bus service.

The last train back to Sligo is 10 pm.

There is a private bus to Sligo booked for 1 am on the night. This requires pre-booking separately for €10. 

 

What can I bring into the event?

Yourself, your credit card or cash, and your mates! We cannot allow people to bring their own alcohol, and there is no bottle sharing here.

  

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but you must have either the printed version or a soft copy on your phone

 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as you procured it by legitimate means!
