Our Brewery Tour & Tasting Experience offers a relaxed but immersive journey into modern Irish independent brewing, guided by the team who built the brewery from the ground up.
Your visit begins inside our working brewhouse, where you’ll explore the equipment, ingredients, and techniques that bring our beers to life. Along the way, you’ll hear the story of how three Sligo natives set out to create a brewery inspired by local heritage, mythology, and the evolving world of craft beer. From classic styles reimagined to boundary-pushing modern brews, the tour gives you a genuine behind-the-scenes look at how creativity and tradition come together in every pint we make.
Following the tour, guests move to Barrel House, our purpose-built taproom at the heart of the brewery. Here you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of three fresh White Hag beers poured straight from the source, with insights into flavour, brewing techniques, and the inspiration behind each style. Expect a mix of our most celebrated beers - from rich stouts and hop-forward IPAs to elements of our distinctive sour and barrel-aged programmes.
Along the way you’ll discover what makes The White Hag unique: a brewing philosophy rooted in ancient Irish traditions, an adventurous sour beer programme led by our Púca range, and a constantly evolving approach driven by collaboration and experimentation.

A unique Craft Beer Tasting experience with Sligo natives and co-founders Bob Coggins, Paul Mullin and Brian Mc Ternan. Come on a journey with us to discover the rich heritage and flavours behind the history of The White Hag.
Visit the brewery on site and get a deep insight into the processes and the scale at which the brewery produce daily fresh beer. Enjoy some of The White Hag beers, order beers to be shipped to your doorstep and buy cans from our Taproom to take with you on the rest of your trip!
