Brewery Tour | Guided tours by our Co-Founder Bob Coggins and our brewery team, who together will bring you on a journey of Irish Craft Beer, from grain to glass!
We set out to make interesting and innovative beers, with a nod towards the ancient and classic beer styles that were common in our hinterland for generations. While known for our award winning stout range and a stellar set of IPA’s that make up most of our core range, our sour programme is emerging as probably our point of differentiation.
The Púca sour range in particular has captured the imagination of the beer consumer who wants a tart, effervescent mixed fermentation sour beer. It’s supported by our Heather Sour, Apple sour and a few other special and collaboration sours we’ve made along the way.
We also collaborate with many of our peers in the industry, and have made beers with breweries from across the world that have been truly ground breaking for us.

Come on a journey with Bob to discover the rich heritage and flavours behind the history of The White Hag. Visit the brewery on site and get a deep insight into the processes and the scale at which the brewery produce daily fresh beer. Enjoy some of The White Hag beers, order beers to be shipped to your doorstep and buy cans from our Taproom to take with you on the rest of your trip!

Accessibility:
- The Taproom, Warehouse and Brewery are fully accessible.
- We have 2 wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
- The tours all take place on the ground floor.
Dietary requirements:
- We can cater for coeliacs (gluten free).
- We have two lab tested gluten free certified beers.
- Most of our beers are dairy free.
- We would appreciate 48 hours advance notice for any dietary requirements.

- While the experience is delivered in English, we also have guides available in Taiwanese, Italian and Ukrainian.
